Munga Expeditions AG is a member of the Guarantee Fund of the Swiss travel industry. Every amount paid for a package is protected.
Official participant information
Our company is affiliated to the Guarantee Fund of the Swiss travel industry and guarantees the consumer the security of the amounts paid in connection with the booking of a package tour, as well as their repatriation. Detailed information is available from your booking agency or at www.garantiefonds.ch.
Courtesy translation — the official French wording prevails: « Notre société est affiliée au Fonds de garantie de la branche suisse du voyage et garantit au consommateur la sécurité des sommes versées dans le cadre de la réservation d'un voyage à forfait ainsi que de son rapatriement. »
The organiser
Munga Expeditions AG is a Swiss company. Journeys are sold as packages under the Swiss federal law on package travel.
What the fund covers
Amounts paid are 100% guaranteed: if the organiser failed before your departure, your payments are refunded; if it happened during your journey, your repatriation is covered.
